Return Policy

If you’re unsatisfied with products purchased directly from, we’ll gladly accept your return within 30 days of purchase.

3 Easy Steps for Returning Items:

Submit Your Return Request
Fill out this form, and our customer service team will email you a Return Authorization Number and additional instructions.

Ship Back Your Items
Include either the packing slip or a printed copy of your order confirmation email in the box. Please also write your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box.

Receive Your Refund
Within 14 days of receiving the product(s), we will issue a refund to your original payment method.


Please Note:

  • This policy only applies to products purchased on Items purchased outside of must be returned to the original purchase location, and are subject to the 3rd party’s return policy.
  • You are responsible for return freight charges, any insurance, and scheduling the pickup of your package unless otherwise agreed upon with Quicksilver customer service.
  • When receiving your refund, shipping expenses will not be credited unless otherwise agreed upon with Quicksilver customer service.
  • We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
